Snoozy Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Snoozy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return and Exchanges Policy below to ensure a smooth experience:
Returns:
- We gladly accept returns for items in new, unopened condition within 30 days of the item's arrival date.
- Enjoy free returns for items in new, unopened condition.
- Opened items, excluding any manufacturer defects, will incur a $20 processing fee for all returns.
- Exchanges for a different color or size of opened items will not be subject to the processing fee.
- Please note that discontinued or final sale colors are not eligible for returns.
- Any expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned blanket, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution.
Discounts and Coupons: Any discounts associated with quantity-based offers or coupons (such as SNOOZYDOUBLE or LEVEL350) will be deducted from the refund amount if one or more items are returned.
